What programmes does Pheno offer?

Four programmes, from a focused core panel to our complete panel: Essential, Standard, Longevity and Max. They differ in how many biomarkers are analysed and in depth — Longevity adds biological-age tracking, and Max is the complete panel with wearable integration.

How many biomarkers are included?

It ranges from around 66 biomarkers on Essential up to around 127 on Max, plus derived health indicators (like insulin-resistance and liver indices) calculated from your results. The exact panel is personalised — some markers only apply based on your sex and age.

Who analyses my blood?

Your samples are analysed by SYNLAB, whose Swedish laboratories are accredited by SWEDAC (accreditation no. 10367) under ISO 15189, the international standard for medical laboratories. The accreditation covers the laboratory analysis of your samples.

Can I test more than my programme includes?

Yes, in three ways: add-on packages (focused bundles like heart, hormones, thyroid or gut health), extra tests (an extra run of a full panel outside your normal schedule), and individual markers (build your own basket from our catalogue).

Can I retest only what was out of range?

Yes. After a test, the app can build you a personalised retest panel from the markers that were out of range, so you can follow up on exactly what matters — usually at a lower cost than a full panel.

Why are Pheno's reference ranges different from my previous lab results?

Pheno uses functional and optimal ranges designed for preventive health, which can be narrower than standard laboratory reference ranges (those typically cover the central 95% of the general population). That's deliberate: we're showing you where thriving looks like, not just the absence of illness.

Do the panels ever change?

Yes — biomarker panels may evolve as new science emerges. You always get the latest version of your programme's panel.
