Never. Employers only see anonymised group statistics, and only for groups of at least 10 employees. You can opt out of those statistics without losing any access.
Yes. Pheno AB is registered as a healthcare provider (vårdgivare) with IVO, the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate.
SYNLAB, whose Swedish laboratories are accredited by SWEDAC (accreditation no. 10367) under ISO 15189, the international standard for medical laboratories. The accreditation covers the laboratory analysis of your samples.
In the EU. Your health data is stored in Stockholm, and all processing, including AI, runs in EU regions. We don’t move your data outside the EU.
