What is Pheno for companies?

A preventive health programme for your team: each employee gets their own private Pheno programme, our nurses come to your office for blood draws, and you get aggregate insights into how your organisation is actually doing — energy, stress, recovery — without ever seeing anyone's individual data.

What do we as an employer actually see?

Seat and participation status (who has activated, upcoming visits, sign-up progress) — and aggregate health insights only: your organisation's overall score and trends, category breakdowns, participation. No individual results, ever. Health statistics only appear at all once at least 10 employees have results, and every employee can opt out of the statistics without you being told who.

How do blood draws work for teams?

A nurse runs the draws at your office — one calm morning, no clinic visits. We coordinate dates with you, employees are notified and confirm attendance in advance, and our nurses arrive with everything prepared.

How do employees get onboarded?

Two ways: personal email invitations, or a reusable invitation code you share internally. Employees sign up with BankID, accept the terms themselves, and their seat activates automatically. Employees never pay anything themselves.

How does Pheno fit into occupational health care (företagshälsovård)?

Pheno for companies is designed as preventive occupational health. Our Work Health programme focuses on the biology of working life — stress, recovery, energy and workload — with on-site sampling and aggregate insights that support your systematic work-environment efforts. How it fits your company's setup and budget is something we walk through together — and your tax advisor has the final word on the specifics.

We're a small team — does Pheno work for us?

Yes, though with a privacy-first caveat: aggregate health statistics only unlock at 10+ participating employees. Smaller teams still get the full individual experience for every employee plus participation overview — many small teams start there.

CHAPTER 01 · WE COME TO YOU

A test day at your office, not a task on their list

A Pheno nurse team sets up in your conference room. Each person takes a seat for about fifteen minutes — a blood draw, a short wellbeing survey, done between meetings. No clinic visits, no half-days lost, no one chasing bookings for months.

CHAPTER 02 · A HEALTH TEAM IN EVERY POCKET

Your people get a health team. So do you.

Every employee gets their results explained in plain language, a plan that updates after every test — and a chat that knows their numbers. And you get the same thing at team level: an assistant that reads the aggregate trends and helps you decide what to do next.

CHAPTER 03 · THE PRIVACY WALL

You see the forest. Never a single tree.

You get anonymised, aggregated trends — team energy, stress load, sleep debt — updated each test round, so you can act on real signal instead of exit interviews. Individual results are technically impossible for you to reach: not hidden, not permissioned. Not there.

Aggregates only, minimum group size enforced.

Employees own their data. GDPR by architecture, not policy.

If someone leaves, their data goes with them.

CHAPTER 04 · MIND AND BODY, ONE MEASUREMENT

Stress you can finally measure

Every other work-health tool asks people how they feel and stops there. Pheno asks — then checks the answer against biology: cortisol, inflammation, sleep-anchored markers, 25 in total, chosen for stress and resilience. When someone says "I'm fine" but their biology disagrees, that's the signal that matters. We call it mind-body alignment, and no survey on earth can see it.

Subjective, verified by objective. That's the whole idea.

Feels recovered — and the biology agrees. That's alignment.

THE PANEL · PHENO WORK HEALTH

A panel built for working life — not a general screening

Twenty-five markers, chosen because they move with stress, sleep and sustained load. Measured in blood — objective, comparable, repeatable — alongside the wellbeing survey.

Focused on purpose: what working life actually strains.
