Pheno AB is building the health service we wanted ourselves: explained simply and followed up. You work close to the founders, and decisions are made close to you.
Early stage
We are at the beginning. That means real ownership, short decision paths and not everything being in place yet. What you build shows up in the service straight away.
Four roles right now.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Owns the clinical framework of the service and is our named medically responsible doctor.
Registered nurse, on-site blood sampling at workplaces
Takes blood samples on site at the companies in our workplace health programme.
B2B sales, corporate accounts
Sells Pheno Workplace Health to HR and benefits leads and owns the whole sales cycle.
Event manager (events & marketing)
Creates events, partnerships and a presence at conferences, so more people meet Pheno.
