How do I get started?

Create your account with Mobilt BankID — it takes under a minute, no passwords or forms. Then choose your programme, order in a few taps, and visit a partner lab when it suits you. Your results appear in the app a few days after your draw.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

No. Your Pheno programme includes the lab requisition — you just show up at the lab with photo ID. No referral, no appointment with a doctor first.

Where do I give my blood sample?

At a SYNLAB lab near you. SYNLAB runs its own labs in the Stockholm area, Uppsala and the Gothenburg area, and works with sampling partners around Sweden. The app shows locations with opening hours and picks out the nearest one to you.

How should I prepare for my test?

Fast 10–12 hours before your draw — water, black coffee and tea (no milk or sugar) are fine. Come in the morning if you can; it's best for fasting and time-sensitive markers. The app reminds you of exactly this before every test.

How long does a blood draw take?

About 10 minutes. The lab handles everything; your requisition is already in their system when you arrive.

How long until I get my results?

Usually within a few days of your draw. You'll get a notification when everything is ready in the app.

Are my results reviewed before I see them?

Your results are quality-checked and clinician-reviewed. The app clearly flags anything that needs attention — and for anything that worries you, your own doctor is always the right next step.
