Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
StockholmPart-time, about one day a week to start withEmployment or consultancy
ApplyAbout the role
Pheno is a preventive health service. Members give a blood sample at Synlab, and we explain the results in plain words and follow up during the year.
We are now looking for a licensed doctor to become medically responsible for the service. The role is part-time and limited at first, about one day a week, and we are open to it being a consultancy.
What you will do
- Own the clinical framework: what the service may and may not say about health and test results.
- Set and maintain the rules for how critical values are escalated.
- Review and approve clinical content before it is published, for example texts about markers and guidance in the app.
- Be the escalation point when a doctor is needed.
- Be named as medically responsible in our quality documentation.
- Work closely with the founders and the product team as new features are built.
Who you are
- A licensed doctor in Sweden.
- Ideally a specialist in general practice or a related field.
- Used to making clear medical decisions and explaining them so others can follow them.
- Curious about preventive health and how a digital service can make test results understandable.
- You enjoy a small team where not everything is in place yet.
What we offer
- A role where you shape the medical foundation of a new service from the start.
- A limited scope, about one day a week to start with.
- Employment or consultancy, whichever suits you.
- Close collaboration with the founders in Stockholm.
- Salary or fee by agreement. We tell you about pay before the first interview.
